1. No Returns

  • Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances, including size, color, or style preferences.

  • Customers are advised to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Exchanges

  • We do not provide exchanges for products once delivered.

  • Please ensure you select the correct size, color, and design at the time of purchase.

3. Exceptions (if applicable)

  • Returns or exchanges are only considered if:

    • The wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered).

    • The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • In such rare cases, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery at store@albelifashion.in with clear photos/videos of the issue.

4. Non-Eligibility

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Items purchased on sale/discount.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Minor color or pattern differences caused by photography or screen display.
