1. No Refund for Missing or Damaged Parcels

Albeli Fashion is not responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged parcels once dispatched.

Customers are requested to check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it from the courier.
2. Eligibility for Return/Refund

Return or refund requests are accepted only within 2 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

4. Process for Return/Refund

For Returns: Customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
